Question 1: What is your minimum order?
Answer : We are factory and our min order is 10pcs per color per design,if you want samples please contact us for free.
Question 2:Could we have our own design/ brand/ logo of product?
Answer :Sure.OEM/ ODM is welcomed. We can put your logo and brand tag , and will also make mock up for your confirm before you make order.
Question 3:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
Answer :It will take about 3-7 days for sample and 20-35 days for mass production. The exact time depend on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.
Question 4:How's the order process?
Answer :Confirm specifications - > confirm price - > send sample- > confirm sample - > sign a contract, deposit payment - >arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - >after-sales service.
Question 5:How can you guarantee the quality?
Answer :We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production link. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment, if you need we can provide you SGS inspection report also.
