GK81300-A2 Jumbo bag sewing machine

GK81300-A2 Safety stitch jumbo bag sewing machine with pneumatic foot lifter, developed on regular GK81300-A1, which hereinafter called 81300A2. This machine is high speed, 2-needle, 4-thread, safety stitch heavy duty container bag making machine (chain stitch and overlock stitch). It can make 20mm seam width(5mm needle distance and 15mm overlock width),forming stitch 401&502.Stitch length can be adjusted between 6-13mm(standard size:10mm), Polypropylene thread 4000D, the max.sewing thickness can up to 22mm.

81300A2 adopts top and bottom feeding structure, 2 kinds of independent stitches,with guides for filler cord from top and/or bottom,which means the filler cord can be from both top and bottom, also can be only from top or from bottom.

One ideal chainstitch sewing machine for durable side seams on FIBC bags, container bags, jumbo bags, bulk bags, big bags, ton bags which made of jute, burlap and PP woven. Also good for geotextiles sewing applications.

Also the machine can equip the hot thread chain cutter(Please refer to the model GK81300-A3).
